About 15 minutes south of Clarksville, Texas (2-3 hours east of Dallas) lies a beautiful piece of land untouched since the early 1900s. Covering 88 acres and spanning 1 mile long, the wooded property sits adjacent open pastures making it perfect for deer, feral hog, rabbit, and dove hunting.

Property is accessible via a frontage paved road. There are, however, no roads on the property itself except one dirt road to the center of the property. There are currently no amenities like cabins or running water.
